Ika Bakudan (squid bombs) is the signature dish of the town of Manazuru in the Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa. The dish is made from squid, onion, and potato covered in panko blackened with squid ink, and dropped into the fryer like a bomb. Filled with gooey cheese on the inside, one bite will have you addicted. We recommend trying a squid bomb while taking a stroll, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Manazuru Peninsula.
