In Chigasaki, Shirasu is made from Japanese anchovies. At Amimoto Kitamura Fisheries’ Kattobi, fishermen leave port on the Kattobimaru at dawn and bring back freshly caught anchovies directly to Kattobi’s kitchen. The fresh and true flavor of their Shirasu can only be enjoyed here.
