Satsumaya Honten is about 15 to 20-minute drive from Kamakura/Enoshima, or 15-minute walk from Fujisawa Station (JR Tokaido, Enoshima Line). The head chef of the well-established sushi restaurant and the Okami who speaks English will give kind and understandable lessons, starting from the basics of how to cut and trim a fish. Lessons are always fun and have a homelike atmosphere.
