Sagami dam

Sagami dam

Sagami dam was completed in 1951 (Showa 22), forming the first large scale artificial lake in Kanagawa Prefecture, Sagami Lake. Using the volume of water stored there, water is supplied regularly from the downstream of Numamoto dam passing through the Sagami power plant. This water from Sagami-gawa River is used for various purposes.  A pamphlet of the simplified version of the dam will be distributed. Feel free to take one!
