Mount Nenbutsu
This mountain is located along the ridge leading from Mount Kobo to Mount Takatori. Until the beginning of the Showa period, local villagers would hold a Buddhist prayer service on the mountain. It is said that the chanting of these prayers can still be heard from the slightly open mountain ridge to as far as the village located at the foot of the mountain. The stone shrine of the mountain god and the stone Jizo still remain on the mountain to this day.
