Lake Tanuki
Lake Tanuki is located on the Asagiri Plateau in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, right at the foot of Mt. Fuji, and has a circumference of 3.3km. You will not be disappointed as each season brings its own pizazz to the gorgeous scenery and the spectacular close-up view of Mt. Fuji. It is a popular spot for families with plenty of outdoor activities such as cycling, fishing, and boating. Around the 20th of April and August, you can see "Diamond Fuji," a view of Mt. Fuji where the sun rises from the summit and is reflected on the surface of the lake.
