Lake Saiko Bat Cave

Lake Saiko Bat Cave

Lake Saiko Bat Cake was created when Mt. Fuji erupted many years ago. The temperature inside the cave is low year-round, making it the perfect environment for bats, earning it the name "bat cave." Although the area is home to a bat sanctuary, you won't actually be able to see many bats. Many areas of the cave have low ceilings, so we ask that you always wear a helmet when adventuring.
