Candy cutting experience
Matsuya Sohonten, located on Nakamise-dori in Kawasaki Daishi, is a long-established store that was the first to sell candy in the area. Visitors can try their hand at "Tontoko Ame-kiri" (cutting soft, long sticks of candy into small pieces to the rhythm of "Tontoko, Tontoko"). It looks easy, but it is very difficult and you will become passionate about the process.
