In August weekends, we will held a special summer event opening to the public of the night zoo you cannot usually see. In night, you can enjoy active animals which is different from the noon in the zoo decorated with illumination. It is held on every Saturdays and Sundays and August 11th (Friday, national holiday) (The last entry time is different depending on the zoo).

Nojima Park

Hirobumi Ito's Kanazawa villa that is located inside Nojima Park was built in 1898 by Hirobumi Ito, who served as the first Prime Minister of Japan. Located in an area where you can view Hakkeijima and the sea, you can relax and enjoy drinking matcha.

Umi no koen (Marine Park)

The only park in Yokohama that has a beach. A sandy beach and rich greenery spreads over about 1 km on the beach . At the "Fureai Center" at the management/control center, there is a restaurant that is open only in the summer and in the winter, there is an oyster hut. Kanazawa Zoo

This is the largest zoo in Yokohama city located in Kanazawa Natural Park, surrounded by the Forest for citizens and the Forest of nature observation.
