Opened in 2007 to promote a new culture in Shinyuri・Art Town. Located at the entrance of Shinyuri Yamate, it is a three-story building with a glass-enclosed entrance. There are numerous facilities such as the Alterio Small Theater with 195 seats and Alterio Cinema with 113 seats.
