
Yokohama Yamate Tennis Museum
Lawn tennis which began in England in the year 1874 was later introduced to Yokohama in 1976. Tennis courts were made in Yamate Park at that time and a memorial was built to commemorate the birthplace of tennis. At the exhibit, you can observe the history of tennis and the historical change of clothes and rackets.
