Yamato City Folk House Garden (in Izumi no Mori)

Yamato city's oldest traditional house in Izumi-no-mori Park Built in the Kuden village in Kamiwada area around the mid Edo period, the former Ogawa family's main house is the oldest traditional house in the city. Besides that, built in the villages of Shimotsuruma area in the late Edo period, the former main house of the Kitajima family who were silkworm breeders, is undergoing restoration and reconstruction. In addition, there are many flowers and trees that are planted around the old private house, in which you can enjoy a different scenery every season.
