Tanzawa Lake Memorial Museum Miho No Ie
The Lake Tanzawa Memorial Hall was built alongside the construction of the dam. Videos and photographs showing the birth of Lake Tanzawa, as well as Jomon period earthenware from the nearby vicinity are on display here. The shop also has a souvenir corner selling local specialties. The Miho House is also free to visit. It is a private house from the end of the Edo period which has been relocated and restored. Feel free to use it to take a break (for a fee).
