Shonan Beach Yoga Week in Hayama

Shonan Beach Yoga week is part of the 2015 Kanagawa Prefecture's beach area activation project "FEEL SHONAN". The original event of the project is held over a few days every autumn at Hayama's Morito Kaigan beach. Fifteen renowned teachers lead 20 classes over the event, on the day of the main event there are beach cleaning and beach flag activities, free pilates experience, and kids yoga. Throughout the day there are a variety of stalls, and the evening is host to an outdoor cinema making this a full day of fun at the beach.
