
Sekisho Karakuri Museum
Sekisho Karakuri Museum, located near Hakone Sekisho, specializes in wooden mosaic work. From "Saku Karakuri Boxes" to "Electric Secret Boxes", the museum boasts a collection of roughly 100 finely made Karakuri boxes. You are allowed to reach out and feel the wooden works of art, so you can enjoy solving the puzzles. At the museum shop you can buy a variety of exquisite wooden goods. Visitors can also try their hand at making a karakuri box.
