Saimyoji

Saimyoji Temple, a temple of the Chizan school of Shingon Buddhism, is a famous temple known as Ryusyukuzan Kongoin Temple, which is said to have been founded by Jikaku Daishi or by Hojo Tokiyori. The temple was revered by the shogunate during the Edo period, and is also known for the enshrinement of Daikokuten, one of the seven gods of good fortune of Kawasaki.
