Romancecar Museum
This railway museum, which opened in spring 2021 next to Ebina Station on the Odakyu Line, can be enjoyed by both children and adults. The exhibition of rolling stock from the Odakyu Line's early days and successive generations of Romance Cars is a popular photo spot. The museum also offers a wide variety of other contents, such as the Romance Car Simulator, where visitors can enjoy the experience of driving in a real driver's seat, and the Kids Romance Car Park for children. The Diorama Park, which recreates the Odakyu Railway Line from Shinjuku to Odawara, Hakone and Enoshima, is particularly impressive. Retired and current trains run on a huge diorama of approximately 190 m2. A diorama show with original songs and projection mapping is also held. The café attached to the museum can be used without an entrance fee and is a space where visitors can relax and unwind. The menu includes reproductions of items that were once popular on Romance Cars, as well as dishes using regional ingredients. The museum can be enjoyed not only by railway fans, but also by families, friends, and couples.
