In this area, you can feel the relaxing flow of the Tama River and enjoy playing with water in the river bed. Also, you can observe the rich nature through the seasons near the dam, such as ayu (sweetfish) swimming upstream and the wild birds. You can find more information about Tama River in the Nikaryo Seseragi-Kan (Tamagawa Ecomuseum) near the Shukugawara Dam.
