The theme of the park is "Water, Light, and Sound." There is a music fountain that dances to music, an 18-meter-high monument, an outdoor stage, and other facilities, and the murmuring stream that flows through the park gives visitors a sense of peace and tranquility. There are also statues of the battleship Mikasa and Heihachiro Togo, allowing visitors to experience art and history.
