Overview
Kureha Ecology Management Co., Ltd.’s Wastech Kanagawa was formerly operated by the Kanagawa Waste Treatment Foundation under the name of Kanagawa Clean Center until April 1st, 2010. They own three incinerators that burn 70 tons of waste per day, and they recycle this heat into electricity (4,800Kw/h). They open their doors to schools, organizations, corporations, and the general public to teach them about waste treatment and thermal recycling.
