Iiyama Kannon Chokokuji Temple
This temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect is beautiful, with cherry blossoms in spring, hydrangeas in early summer, and maple trees in autumn. Built in the mid-18th century, Kannon-do Hall is a Tangible Cultural Property designated by the city, and the bronze bell, made in 1442, is an Important Cultural Property designated by the prefecture.
