Endo in Fujisawa City is home to rich greenery and rural landscapes. We wanted to share this charm with more people and revitalize the local agriculture while also protecting our natural heritage. With those ideas in mind, Ibuki Farm Restaurant was born. We serve a delicious buffet-style menu of healthy food, combining fresh local ingredients as well as our own amazake and soy sauce.
