About

Mikasa Park, selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Urban Parks and Japan's Top 100 Historical Parks, is Yokosuka's representative park. It features a statue of Admiral Heihachiro Togo and serves as the gateway to the Memorial Ship Mikasa and Sarushima Island. Note: Currently undergoing renovations for a planned reopening in March 2027. Please check the park's official website for the latest information.
