Shonan Shrine and Museum Visit in Hiratsuka

Shonan Area Half day 4

One of the Mutsu no Yashiro Shrines in Sagami. It holds festivals including regularly held festivals, as well as Hamaori Festival, and Lantern (bonbori) Festival. The adjacent Hachimanyama Park has one of Hiratsuka’s eight top sceneries, and also houses a rare Western style building built in the Meiji period. The park becomes dazzling especially during cherry blossom and rose seasons.
