This Buddhist temple of the Shingon sect, Touji faction is in Oiso town. The gravestone for the literary master Toson Shimazaki and his wife stands surrounded by about 20 old plum trees that live from 100 to 200 years. Every year in early February the entire grounds boast blossoming plum tree flowers that Toson loved while he was alive.

Takaku Temple

The Takaku Jinja shrine’s stone monument to the right of the great Torii arch entrance is of Lord Yorimichi Tokugawa, and the sign for the main shrine contains the beautiful writing of Sukenori Kabayama. It is said that in the Edo period the Daimyo lord in attendance dismounted his horse to worship here.

Shonan Daira Hills(Komayama Park)

From the observation deck, you can get a 360 degree view of the surrounding area. When the sky is clear, you can see Tokyo Sky Tree as well as Mount Fuji. Oiso town is most famous for its more than 20 cave tombs that are a prefectural designated historic site. There are various base shapes such as square, inverted trapezoidal, flask shaped, and paddle shaped, while the ceilings have double base shapes such as the roof and dome shapes as well arch shapes. They face the hiking road of the Shonan Plane.
