About preventing the spread of the new coronavirus after the refrain-from-going-out request cancellation.
Notice: A new COVID-19 handbook for travellers has been released by Kanagawa prefecture — please see here for details.
The "State of Emergency Declaration" announced by the Japanese government was removed on May 25, 2020.
In response to this, a request to refrain from going out has been lifted in Kanagawa Prefecture, but we are still working to balance and maintain the spread of the infection from social and economic activities.
For more information on how Kanagawa Prefecture is handling the COVID-19 situation, please check our official website.
