A facility where you can enjoy learning about the history and nutrition of “kamaboko” (a type of cured surimi, a processed seafood product common in Japanese cuisine) through hands-on exhibits. You can observe the skills of the kamaboko craftsmen through the glass (closed on Wednesdays), and there is also a kamaboko and chikuwa handmade experience class under the guidance of craftsmen (reservation required).Essential Information
