Founded in 1865, this is Kaisei Town's only sake brewery. It spreads the joy of sake with three core brands: Sakata Nishiki, Setoichi, and Ashigari Go. Visitors can enjoy sake in a number of different ways on the SakeTerrace, whether that's drinking Kaki-Uchi-style (drinking at the standing bar) at the Niwa (garden) area, or purchasing a bottle at the store in the Hiroba (plaza) area. You can also stop by the brewery's own food truck, open all days the brewery is open.
