Rikugun Sanbashi (Nishi-Uraga Minato Ryokuchi Park) is a bay park where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Uraga Harbor, the famous historic place where Commodore Perry visited and where the warship Kanrin Maru departed from. There is a terminal of ferryboats that connect the east side and west side of the harbor.
