
Nippon Maru Memorial Park (Sail Training Ship Nippon Maru / Yokohama Port Museum)
The Nippon-Maru Yokohama Port Museum is located in the Nippon-Maru Memorial Park in the Minato Mirai 21 area. In 1985 (Showa 60), the former dockyard was converted into a green area with many water spots. The stone-built dock, where the vessel Nippon-Maru is conserved at, is the first dock of Yokohama to be certified as an Important Cultural Property of Japan.
