Minamiashigara Folk Museum
This folk museum, located in the middle of Ashigara’s forest, breathes life into the legends of the Tengu (a creature in Japanese mythology). In addition to the permanent exhibition about Minamiashigara’s history and culture, special exhibitions featuring different types of collections are held three times a year.

Access | From Daiyuzan Station on the Izuhakone Railway Daiyuzan Line, board the bus heading for Doryoson. Disembark at Onri-yu-mae Bus Stop and from there, it’s 6 minutes on foot. |
