Hakone Yumoto Entertainment Union
There are about 150 geisha in Hakone. They practice singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments and shamisen every day. When invited to a party, they dance, serve alcohol, and provide traditional entertainment to liven up the party. Geisha training is open for public viewing twice a month and there are other events where you can get up close to the geisha.
