Fishermen's dish (Ichiroumaru)
Minshuku (inn) Ichiromaru is run by fishermen's house and offers fruit of the sea. Guests can enjoy fresh seafood from the local sea and organic vegetables from the home garden throughout the year. Recommended specialties are "Golden Matsuwa Saba (chub mackerel)" in summer, and "Pot of oily Splendid alfonsino" or "Shabu-shabu (hotpot) of oily Splendid alfonsino" in winter. Guests can also experience making dried seafood. It is a one minute walk to get to Oura beach.
