6-minute walk from Ishikawa station Tonsoku men (1,300yen) is famous. Tonsoku, soup and noodles are served each in a plate and you can either mix it or eat it as it is. The soup is soy sauce based. The noodles are home made flat noodles. Tonsoku has a strong taste. If you mix those three you can taste deeper flavor. We recommend you this new style noodle. There are many other kinds of Chinese noodles.
