Bluff No. 111

A designated cultural property of Yokohama, originally built as a residence for an American, Mr. Raffin. It is a Spanish style house designed by J. H. Morgan. Situated on a hill looking down at the Rose Garden of Harbor View Park (Minato-no-Mieru Oka Koen), you can enjoy the view of blooming roses from April to June and from October to November. There is a cafe “Rose Garden Enoki-tei” where pink-colored rose ice cream and rose chiffon cakes are especially popular.
