Beach Park

This park has an open view of Tokyo Bay and the Boso Peninsula, and holds fascinating natural environment preserved in the mountainous nature, with many insects and living creatures, including rare plants growing wild in the vast site centering on marine nature and shiny-leaved forests. The park is also historically fascinating, with Japan's first Western-style lighthouse, the remains of many gun batteries from the Meiji era, and an old gunpowder depot.
