Spanning 64,925 square meters, Ashinoko Camp Village is a beautiful camping site located on the shore of Lake Ashi (Ashinoko), Kanagawa. 

Visitors can stay in a private cabin, equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen, a toilet and bath, and six beds. Alternatively spend a night under the stars at the camping grounds, with necessary facilities conveniently located nearby. 

Visitors are also welcome to use the campsite’s barbequing grounds, where food items can be brought, or purchased from the Camp Village’s set menu. Of course, late-night snacks and drinks are readily available at the campsite’s in-house convenience store and the multiple vending machines located around the campsite. 

The campsite also offers rental bicycles, so guests can conveniently move around and explore beyond the campsite. Nightly campfires are lit, so pass the time by making new friends by the fire and roasting marshmallows, and enjoy the camping experience to its fullest.

Access

By Car:
The campsite is 30 minutes away from Gotemba IC, via the Otome Pass Exit. Alternatively, it is 40 minutes away from Hakone IC, via the Sengokuhara Exit. 

By Bus:
From Odawara Station, take the bus bound for Togendai from Odawara Station Bus Stop No. 4. After about 60 minutes, get off at the Togendai bus stop. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to Ashinoko Camp Village from the bus stop. 

From Hakone-Yumoto Station, take the bus bound for Togendai from Hakone-Yumoto Station Bus stop No. 3. After about 45 minutes, get off at the Togendai bus stop. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to Ashinoko Camp Village from the bus stop. 

By Highway Bus:
From Shinjuku Station, take the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus bound for Hakone Odakyu Yamano Hotel from Shinjuku West Exit Bus Stop No. 35. After about 130 minutes, get off at the Togendai bus stop. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to Ashinoko Camp Village from the bus stop. 

By Ropeway:
From Odawara Station Platform 11, take the Mountain Train. After about 55 minutes, get off at Gora station and take the Cable Car to Sounzan Station. Then, board the Ropeway to Togendai Station. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to Ashinoko Camp Village from the bus stop.
