Arts in and around Yokohama city area

Enjoy the artwork installed in the city while walking and shopping in the heart of Yokohama. There is a "fruit tree" exhibit in Rinko Park which was exhibited at the Yokohama Triennale 2001, located in the outdoor area of Pacifico Yokohama. The work, a thick trunk filled with colorful fruits and vegetables, is a prayer for peace and fertility. The Grand Mall Park, adjacent to the Yokohama Museum of Art, features many works of art, including the "Mokumoku Wakuwaku Yokohama Yo-Yo," a piece of art made in the image of "winding clouds," showing off the flow of the wind.
